Lomi Fa’avae is a paralegal at Kasdan LippSmith Weber Turner LLP in the firm’s Walnut Creek, California, office. Lomi received his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law from Utah State University, Logan, Utah. He received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence at the John F. Kennedy University School of Law, California.
He has worked as a paralegal since 2003, with judicial civil court, law firm, and business experience. Lomi has expertise in supporting attorneys in drafting complaints, providing necessary documents for depositions and trials, and providing attorney support during trial.
He also acts as a client liaison during site inspections and testing on client property. Clients may direct any project related questions or issues about current activity on their property to Lomi. The issues are then communicated to the appropriate firm attorney. Lomi can also be on-site to provide any necessary communications with the defense counsel on behalf of Kasdan Weber Turner clients.
